BIBLICAL REASONS TO
STAND WITH ISRAEL

As featured in the September issue of the Maoz Israel Report

Today, many believers in the world not only don't understand why they should stand with and support Israel, but openly take a stand against her.

Is our little country perfect? Of course not! But perfection was never a prerequisite for God's love.

Quite the contrary! But that does not preclude God's command to every true believer to stand with Israel, love Israel, pray for the Jewish people and support Israel.

God's Love: A Rose Among Thorns ✡ "I Will Be to Israel" - ISRAEL365

I will be to Israel like the dew,
and he will blossom like a rosebush,
and his roots will strike out like the cedars of Lebanon.

Today's Israel Inspiration

The Prophet Hosea describes God as the nourishing morning dew saturating the flower that then gloriously blooms. This teaches us that God envelops each one of us with love and kindness, and no matter what, we will bloom like a rosebush planting deep roots in the soil of the Land of Israel! The Rose of Bethlehem is a natural flower that grows amidst the harsh conditions of the Judean desert, yet blossoms again and again with only a few drops of water. For the first time, this unique flower is being offered so you can carry God's miraculous blessings close to your heart.

Yesterday's Photo Trivia

At the tail end of June, just a few short months ago, a 13-year old girl named Hallel Ariel was murdered by a Palestinian terrorist in her sleep. Her parents, committed Jews who love the Temple Mount, asked to rename the gate leading to the holy site in memory of their daughter. Today, the gate is now known as "the Hallel Gate", to remember a little girl whose devotion to her Judaism inspired many.

Accept It: God’s Love is Unconditional - SpiritLed Woman

God's love is unconditional. Will you accept it?
God's love is unconditional. Will you accept it? (Lightstock)
Spirit Led Woman's Power Up Logo
Of all the eternal truths declared in God's Word, one prominent reality is essential to grasp: God made us in His image. We have been exquisitely designed by Him to reflect His image and reveal His likeness. As the "grand finale" of all God's unique creation, mankind stands unequaled, elevated as the Creator's crowning achievement, showing forth His radiance and splendor. Simply put, we're awesome!
Yet in spite of our resident worth and inherent value, many of us deeply struggle to feel a sense of acceptance and love. The recognition of our real significance escapes us, exposing a profound emptiness, leaving us with an acute awareness of unfulfillment. The problem is we were created with an inner desire to be needed and have meaning, with the desire to leave our mark on the world. Consequently, this wanting condition is a set-up for trouble.
Our longing for more feeds the natural obsession to find authentic value through a faulty system involving our own schemes and methods. Although we should be looking to God and His Word to validate our existence, we have, instead, looked to our own ability and human strength to somehow prove our merit. But this striving at importance will prove futile because God has not designed us to find significance through any other means than Himself. Yet the struggle for acceptance continues and the addiction for approval intensifies as we try to fill the void.
So what's up? If we really are so intrinsically valuable and precious, why do we spend so much time trying to improve our self-worth? Why are moments of complete self-acceptance so rare and attempts at personal improvement more of the norm? The answer is simple. Our quest for significance is a result of mistaken identity. We have failed to discern, or believe, who we really are and have settled for a self-appraisal with an "as is, scratch and dent" price tag. We are selling ourselves on clearance because we are unable to see that our approval does not come through what we achieve, how much we earn or the amount of accolades we receive from others. Nor are we rejected because we experience difficult personal failures, traumatic childhood events or because we lack certain talents and abilities. Not so!
God loves us unconditionally because we are His possession ... not only by creation but also by redemption. Although it is true that in ourselves we fail and fall short of God's original purpose for us, the good news is we are not in ourselves. If we have been redeemed by God's Son, Jesus, through the provision made for us on the cross, then we are no longer "in" ourselves, we are "in" Christ.
"Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. For He chose us in Him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in His sight." (Eph. 1:3-4, emphasis added).
We are His dear children, washed and forgiven by His sacrifice and made blameless and holy in His sight. This truth boldly confronts the subtle deception that has so many people bound. They have become slaves to the approval of others and captive to the drive of selfish ambition, all in an attempt to feel good about themselves. But Christ has set us free from this fruitless endeavor and has given us the right to say with confidence:
  • I am lovable because of who I am in Christ, not because of what I do.
  • I do not have to strive to earn my acceptance because God has made me accepted in the beloved.
  • I am not accepted based on my performance or my ability to get someone to like me.
  • I do not have to keep up with today's so-called standards of living to be worthwhile or credible.
  • I can have opinions that differ from others without fear of being disqualified from love because God's love makes me secure in Him. Therefore, I can risk being me.
  • I am free to explore and develop all the uniqueness of my God-given personality without penalty.
  • I no longer have to struggle or perform to fill the gnawing void that tells me I am nothing without accomplishments, awards or popularity.
Remember God accepts and loves you not just because He's God but also because He created you, He knows you and He is intimately involved in everything you do. Won't you accept His unconditional love today?
Prayer Power for the Week of March 16, 2015
This week ask the Lord to help you see yourself as He sees you and enjoy being who He made you to be. Spend time renewing your mind in His Word and meditate on His unconditional love for you. Allow His Spirit to bring you understanding of your true worth and receive His full acceptance, forgiveness, healing, comfort and provision. Thank Him for opportunities to carry His love to those who need a touch from Him. Pray for the persecuted church around the world, for unity in prayer and purpose among believers, and for our leaders to seek the Lord for His guidance as they make decisions affecting our security, peace and protection. Continue to pray for a rich harvest of souls whenever and wherever the gospel is presented (Eph. 1:3-4).

"Prophetic Word: A Fresh Release of God's Love and Mercy" Doug Addison

"Prophetic Word: A Fresh Release of God's Love and Mercy"
Doug Addison, Los Angeles, CA

In February God is calling us to enter into His rest. Don't get too busy or you will miss what God is speaking right now. This year is about finding a new upgraded way of doing what God has called you to do. New angels are being assigned to you to get things done without having to work too hard.

God spoke to me clearly that we must take time away from the things that drain us or take our focus away from the things that are important for this season. He is calling us to do what we already do but find more effective ways to do it.

February is a breakthrough month, March will cause things to move forward, and there will be surprises in April. Watch for new assignments, gifts, and callings to come forward.

Promotion Is Here and It's Not Too Late

Something new is happening in the spiritual realm between February 8 and March 8. God is promoting those who have made it through the extreme testing that has taken place over the past seven years.

But there are many people who bailed out on the process that God was doing in their hearts and lives. Starting in February, God is calling those who bailed out to get back into God's timing and process.

This is a time of recovery for those who laid down their greater calling. It is also a time of advancement for those who stayed in. (Photo via Pixabay)

False Humility Being Healed

God has hidden many people over the last seven years. When God does this in your life, it seems that no matter what you do, things do not seem to work for you. But this is the time for you to come forward with new favor. There is a difference between when God hides you and when you hide yourself. Hiding yourself is false humility. When God hides you, you are still operating in all that you are called to, but God allows you to have minimal favor and people tend not to listen to you.

These hidden seasons are necessary and help us to grow and mature spiritually. The temptation during the quiet seasons is to pull back further. But God does not want us to do this. That is false humility and so many people begin to hide themselves thinking they are being humble when in reality God wants you to move forward. Watch as the "hidden ones" begin to emerge and see the healing happen for those who hid themselves. This is a time of promotion.

Shift in Love

Just as Valentine's Day is a time of love, so God is releasing a new wave of His love and mercy this month. This is to help offset a negative legalistic view of God that has crept into many people's beliefs. A big sign of this is when you see people moving from grace and mercy to rules and judgment. God is love and He is calling us to have love and compassion. (Photo via Wikimedia)

When we stand too firm for what we believe we can lose touch with grace, mercy and God's heart for people in need around us. God is revealing these negative beliefs now. The best way to deal with it if you find yourself doing some of these things is to repent and be humble towards others.
1 Corinthians 13:13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

God is a Loving Father Not an Angry Judge

One major change that is being released is how we view God. He is a loving Father and not an angry judge. God is not mad at you or punishing you for things you do. God is not punishing the U.S. or judging us. God the Father truly is who Jesus said He is.

1 John 4:8 "Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love."

It is interesting that many people who deal harshly with those who are not Christians are most often the very ones that see Him as an angry judge. As we clear up our view of who God really is then we will live a life free of guilt and can more easily give away God's love and mercy to others.

Modern Parable in a Movie

Recently I watched the movie The Judge with Robert Duvall and Robert Downey Jr. It was a sad and depressing story about a father who was a judge and was not kind to his children. His sons did not flourish and longed for a blessing from their father. The father's harsh judgments made him sick and destroyed the lives of people around him.

God spoke to me that this is the condition of many Christians today. People who view God as a judge tend to treat others harshly and it is a misrepresentation of the loving Father in Heaven.

Parents and spiritual parents hold the key to revival. As they humble themselves and reach out to their children then healing will come. The Spirit of Elijah (Luke 1:17) is coming to turn the hearts of the parents to the children.
A dividing line is here as God is revealing His true nature to people and calling us to be humble and love others.

House Arrest Changing

All things are becoming new. Difficult times, being misunderstood and betrayal are being cut off. God is giving you a place of peace. Many people have been under "house arrest" and have been limited in the House of God. But God is changing your house arrest into a house of rest. We are entering into a new season of freedom, peace and rest. Praise and gratefulness is the key.

Three New Keys

I have been seeing this prophetic word over many people when I speak and do Prophetic Life Coaching. God is giving us three keys right now: understanding, creativity, and relationships.

The Key of Understanding: This means a deeper understanding of your current situation and insight into the next steps you need to take is coming to you. He is going to show you how much grace and love has been extended you.

The Key of Creativity: This is about creative ideas and problem solving. It involves wisdom and discernment, heavenly mindsets and understanding.

Key to Restoration of Relationships: Key relationships are developing and you are also being given a key to reconciliation. Watch relationships begin to reconcile. (Photo via Pixabay)

A New Sound is Being Released Right Now

February is the start of a whole new sound and way of doing things. All things are being made new. It is time to decree God's supernatural vision over yourself. I saw people rising up and moving forward as a new sound from Heaven will break shackles from the past. People are being released from their prisons of hopelessness.

Dream: Bless Your Enemy

I had a dream that I was being pursued by someone who wanted to kill me. I was fleeing from them but noticed they had a flat tire. God spoke to me in the dream to stop and help them fix the flat tire. I saw that the tire needed an inner tube and one arrived. As air was being put into the inner tube it filled his entire car. Air represents the Holy Spirit and God is calling us to bless our enemies right now.

This ties in with the spirit of God's love and the "Restoration of Relationships" key being released. The prophetic meaning is that God wants to touch people with the Holy Spirit in their "inner parts."

Prophetic Sign in the Super Bowl

The prophetic sign given to us in the Super Bowl was that in the last moment God will come through for you. He is promoting unknown people like Malcolm Butler of the New England Patriots. He was a rookie and made a miraculous last-minute game-winning interception. Butler said in an interview after the game that he had a vision before the game that he would make a big play. Just four days before the big game he tweeted, "BE HUMBLE......BE BLESSED."

Overall we are going to begin seeing healing of relationships and new freedom coming. Watch for last minute miracles and God changing the hearts of people around you. Be open to new ways of moving in God's love and power!

Why You Don't Prosper - SpiritLed Woman

Why You Don't Prosper

It’s spring! Now is the season for longer days, outdoor fun and one of my favorite pastimes—gardening. I’m no master gardener, but I do enjoy planting on a small scale. There’s nothing like freshly picked basil, cilantro or thyme to pack flavor into a dish. And the taste of tomatoes, strawberries and peppers from my own backyard beats anything I can buy in a supermarket.
But the benefits of gardening go beyond great-tasting, nutritious foods. The garden is where many biblical truths are literally brought to life. Through “working the soil,” I’ve gained a better understanding of some deep spiritual precepts, including that of the harvest.
More than likely, most of us have heard teaching or preaching on the topic of a spiritual harvest. But if we are honest with ourselves, we’ll admit there are periods when we’re not experiencing the bountiful blessings promised in the message. Of course, there are many reasons why this might be the case, but let’s start with the concept of sowing and reaping.
Sowing and Reaping
God’s natural laws hold true in the spirit realm. This is especially clear with sowing and reaping: “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap” (Gal. 6:7). So when we experience periods of barrenness, where an expected harvest did not come to pass, the first question to ask is, “What, if anything, have I sown?”
In the natural, we don’t question this concept. In my own garden, if I sow beet seeds, I know beets will grow. I don’t pray for beets, claim beets or “speak life” into the soil for a harvest of beets if I haven’t planted the seed. Likewise, I don’t look for peppers if it’s beets that I’ve sown. We have no problem accepting sowing and reaping as a natural law. But we must also accept it as a spiritual law.
What Did You Sow?
Are we expecting to reap a financial blessing—when we haven’t spread seeds of generosity?
Do we anticipate the harvest of a better job—when we haven’t scattered seeds of diligence and integrity with our current employer?
Are we looking for an outpouring of favorable relationships—when we haven’t sprinkled seeds of kindness, commitment and courtesy?
The law of sowing and reaping even applies to our physical health. Many times we are afflicted because our lifestyles have sown seeds of illness, seeds that will eventually bear the fruit of disease.
God's Love Remains
Truly, God is not mocked. We will reap what we sow. But always remember: While sowing and reaping are laws, they do not reflect God’s love. His agape love is unconditional. So no matter what the harvest—whether barren or bountiful—God’s love toward us remains. And for that, we can rejoice!
